A canção serviu como single principal da trilha sonora de *Twilight* e também apareceu como faixa bônus na versão internacional do terceiro álbum do Paramore, *Brand New Eyes*.
“Decode” alcançou o top 20 nas paradas de singles na Austrália, França e Nova Zelândia, e garantiu ao grupo seu segundo sucesso no top 40 da Billboard Hot 100.
