Michael Jackson executou “They Don’t Care About Us” em um conjunto com “Scream” e “In the Closet” durante a HIStory World Tour (1996‑1997) e tinha sido programado para o show “This Is It” de 2009‑2010, antes de ser cancelado com a sua morte em 2009.
