“Loving Every Minute” foi lançada em novembro de 1996 como o quarto e último single do álbum de estreia *Ocean Drive* dos Lighthouse Family.
A produção da faixa ficou a cargo de Mike Peden, que trabalhou na maior parte do álbum.
Na sua versão single, a música recebeu uma remix de Cutfather & Joe, que acrescentou uma batida de bateria e uma introdução ligeiramente diferente.
O single entrou no top 20 das paradas do Reino Unido, consolidando o sucesso da dupla britânica.
Apesar de ser um grupo britânico, a canção ganhou popularidade entre ouvintes de língua portuguesa, sendo frequentemente incluída em playlists de música pop dos anos 90 no Brasil.
