Em 1963, o single alcançou a terceira posição no Billboard Hot 100 e a nona no Billboard Rhythm & Blues, sendo o último hit de Elvis nesta última lista.
Na estreia britânica, ao ser exibido no programa “Juke Box Jury” da BBC, o convidado John Lennon classificou a faixa como “miss” e afirmou que Presley tinha se tornado “como Bing Crosby”.
Apesar de ter sido previsto para um álbum de longa duração, a música foi lançada como single e mais tarde incluída no álbum de compilação “Elvis’ Gold Records Volume 4” (1968).
A canção recebeu certificação de ouro pela RIAA nos Estados Unidos, indicando vendas superiores a 500 mil unidades.
